PORTABILITY

All plans are fully portable. If you are terminated, leave your job or move to another state, you can take your plan with you.

NO GENDER-BASED PRICING

No gender-based pricing which means applicants do not pay higher premiums based on their gender.

GUARNTEED APPROVAL

Benefit-eligible employees (18–70) working 32+ hrs/week (FT) or 20+ hrs/week (PT) can apply with guaranteed approval during open enrollment, Oct. 14–Nov. 11, 2025. Spouses/domestic partners (18–70) are also eligible. Ages 71–80 may apply for Life Insurance only with limited health questions. Applications outside these limits require health questions.
